Get to know Emily Yurch!

Emily was born and raised in Ohio. She grew up in Avon Lake, a suburb on the west side of Cleveland. From there, she studied at Ohio University down in Athens (Go Bobcats!) and then settled in Columbus.

Emily married her husband Zack in 2021, and shortly after they purchased their first home in their favorite Columbus suburb of Grandview! It was a total fixer upper, and they've since remodeled the upstairs bathroom, the kitchen, turned the downstairs half bath into a full bath, painted the interior throughout, painted the exterior and fenced the yard ... so far!

Part of what attracts Emily to Real Estate is her love of exploring homes and envisioning their potential with a little TLC. She enjoys learning about others' likes/dislikes when it comes to home styles and finding their dream home.

When Emily isn't house hunting (for herself or others) she enjoys staying active by walking her dog Gracie, taking a barre class at Barre3 in Upper Arlington, and playing sand volleyball with her friends at Woodland's Backyard in Grandview.
